Fresh whisk cream, fresh milk, white sugar, and sugar-free cocoa powder in a saucepan over low heat until mixture is completely mixed and the white sugar is dissolved.
Take almost a simmer and mix in dark rich chocolate until it gets melted. Whisk chicken egg yolks into the dissolved cream mixture and cook until low heated batter is slightly thickened 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer it to a container, cover it, and refrigerate until chilled deeply at least 5 hours.
